Our specialized competence center supports people with special support needs on their way to training, qualification, and work. We offer individual assessments, practical training, and tailored training opportunities that are oriented to the skills, interests, and potentials of the participants. The goal is to prepare young people with psychological burdens as best as possible for sustainable professional integration – with heart, expertise, and a strong network.

Our nursery is one of 9 training departments, carries out maintenance work and small garden changes for private customers, and maintains the company gardens.

To support us, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement

Temporary Help Customer Nursery 80% - 100%

• Professional execution of maintenance work and small horticultural projects for private customers
• Customer care and advice, support in the offer process, organization and coordination of the work
• Support in training and instruction of apprentices
• Maintenance of our premises and maintenance of machines and equipment

• Basic training as a landscape gardener EFZ is a minimum requirement
• High quality standards, reliability, and independent working style
• Driver's license category B
• Good German skills
