Your Tasks
- Independent organization and management of the Clinic for Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine
- Continuous development of the clinic
- Covering the entire spectrum of all common anesthesia procedures, as well as implementing new advanced treatment and innovative care concepts
- Close and trusting cooperation with doctors and staff in the hospital as well as with resident doctors
- Cooperative collaboration with hospital management
- Commitment to the training and further education of medical and non-medical staff
- Ensuring the duty system
Your Profile
- Specialist (m/f) in Anesthesiology
- Additional qualifications in Intensive Care Medicine
- Additional qualifications in Pain Therapy and Palliative Medicine desirable
- High specialist competence
- Strong leadership and social skills
- Economic thinking and acting in terms of medical and operational requirements
- Willingness and joy in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong empathy for our patients (m/f/d) and their relatives
