Your tasks
- Preparation of offers and contracts for our customers
- Recording and checking the time reports of employees on site
- Assistance and support in invoicing all services provided
- Assistance in ensuring and adjusting all relevant object and system data
- Telephone and written support of our customers
- Checking and maintaining the data of our systems Planon and Abacus)
- General support of our team leaders
Your profile
- Completed training and/or further education in the commercial field or in Facility Service Management
- Professional experience in a similar field
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
- Experience in ticketing systems (CAFM) is an advantage (Planon, Abacus)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
- High customer and service orientation as well as independence are required
- Solution-oriented and flexible thinking personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination as well as accuracy
