To strengthen our Mental Health Pole department, within the community psychiatry unit, we are looking for a:
Job Description
- You provide specialized nursing care within our community psychiatry outpatient unit, taking into account the complexity and diversity of mental disorders.
- You conduct thorough clinical assessments and continuously adjust your interventions, using a person-centered approach firmly oriented towards recovery.
- You actively contribute to stabilizing the patients' mental state by participating in prevention, anticipation, and crisis management.
- You conduct individual clinical interviews and lead therapeutic groups, promoting expression, mutual support, and recovery dynamics.
- You engage in close and harmonious collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (doctors, psychologists, social workers, etc.), fostering a respectful, constructive, and stimulating work environment.
- You ensure rigorous and structured management of administrative and organizational activities related to outpatient care.
- You guarantee clear, relevant, and structured clinical handovers, thus promoting continuity, coherence, and optimal quality of care.
Qualifications
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent recognized diploma in Switzerland.
- Proven experience in the field of psychiatry.
- Strong interest in community psychiatry, recovery-oriented approaches, and local work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, great empathy, and commitment to providing professional, ethical, and respectful patient support.
- Strong sense of responsibility, proven autonomy, ability to prioritize, and real commitment to multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Fluency in French and German, or good knowledge of German.
- Holder of a category B driving license.
