Healthcare Assistant / ASA / Nursing Assistant
(4-month fixed-term contract at 50%)
Your mission:
- support and assist the qualified nursing staff in simple and complex care situations
- accompany patients in organizing their daily lives in stable situations according to instructions
- carry out actions aimed at promoting health and prevention for the cared-for person
- ensure logistical and housekeeping tasks within the service
- collaborate with the ICUS in managing the stock and material needs of the service
- ensure a certain autonomy in managing stocks, maintenance, and upkeep
Your profile:
- training as a healthcare assistant CRS or ASA or nursing assistant
- minimum of one year of experience in the field of care
- interest in care, support, and assistance for people in need of care
- basic computer skills
- proficiency in French or German with good knowledge of the partner language is an asset
- high social skills, flexibility, commitment, and reliability
- interpersonal skills and sense of communication
- interest in teamwork
