Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ required.
Empathy, resilience, and joy in independent work are essential.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is mandatory.

Your mission

Comprehensive care and support of our clients in their familiar environment
Support in everyday life: from basic care to activation
Promotion of independence and quality of life
Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team and with relatives
Documentation and planning of care measures

Your backpack

Completed training as a Care Specialist EFZ (specializing in adult or elderly care)
Experience in outpatient care/support (an advantage)
Empathy, resilience, and joy in independent work
Driver's license category B (mandatory)
