In the field of inheritance consulting, we are further expanding capacities to professionally support our clients in the orderly transfer of assets to the next generation.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a communicative and innovative personality as an inheritance advisor (m/f/d) to support Raiffeisen banks in Northwestern Switzerland immediately or by arrangement.

• Customer consulting on topics: matrimonial property and inheritance law, cohabitation, home ownership as well as child and adult protection law, taking tax aspects into account
• Preparation of documents and contracts: wills, marriage and inheritance contracts, cohabitation agreements, advance directives as well as memoranda, etc.
• Contact point for questions regarding child and adult protection measures
• Co-design and implementation of professional training and further education for asset advisors as well as lecturing at customer events
• Participation in projects and working groups
• Willingness to travel (activity mainly takes place in Northwestern Switzerland)

• Successfully completed basic legal education (e.g., law degree, notary training, university of applied sciences in business and law)
• Initial professional experience in inheritance consulting is an advantage, ideally with a financial service provider
• Consulting flair combined with initiative, networked and entrepreneurial thinking, and diplomatic skills
• Communicative and customer-oriented personality with a winning appearance
• High quality awareness and confident German language skills
