Your mission:
- act as the central relay for all requests concerning the Operating Center
- ensure the execution of the service's tasks independently and flexibly, in close collaboration with the chief physician, the deputy chief physician or the responsible secretary, while respecting the multi-site organization, standards, and service directives
- plan, control, and implement an operating schedule knowing the constraints of the different departments while focusing priorities on quality patient care
- communicate and transmit information clearly and precisely, adapting to particular and/or problematic situations
- ensure coordination with other departments
- welcome patients in the endoscopy secretariat
- type medical reports
- check the entry of services
Your profile:
- Federal diploma of commercial employee or equivalent, medical secretary diploma is an asset
- knowledge of the medical field with good knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
- mastery of the French language with good knowledge of German
- excellent command of computer tools (MS Office)
- knowledge of institutional applications (Winscribe, Polypoint, MedFolio) is an asset

Tasks
- You act as the central contact point for all inquiries regarding the Operating Center.
- You ensure the execution of the department's services independently and flexibly, in close cooperation with the chief physician, the deputy chief physician, and the lead secretary. You pay attention to the organizational structure with multiple locations and comply with applicable standards and departmental guidelines.
- You create, control, and implement the operating schedule considering all requirements of the individual departments. The high-quality care of patients is always your priority.
- You communicate and convey information clearly and precisely, taking into account special situations and/or problems.
- You ensure coordination with other departments.
- You welcome patients in the endoscopy secretariat.
- You type medical reports.
- You check the recorded services.
Profile
- Commercial employee EFZ or equivalent qualification, additional diploma as medical secretary H+ is an advantage
- Familiarity with the medical environment and good knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
- French with good knowledge of German
- Excellent command of common office programs (MS Office)
- Knowledge of hospital software (Winscribe, Polypoint, MedFolio) is an advantage
