Foreign Trade Specialist Food

EU and Asia (m/f/d) 80-100%

you will strengthen the internal sales team, enrich our company with joy, vigour and competence, and experience your personal, professional happiness. In this role, you will actively and responsibly contribute to managing day-to-day business.

Your areas of responsibility

• You independently and routinely handle the daily processing of export orders (from order to invoicing)
• You support and advise our customers (responding to enquiries, preparing offers, etc.) and organise worldwide transport by truck, sea and air freight
• This also includes preparing the necessary export documents (in compliance with country-specific requirements) as well as organising health and certificates of origin
• Support and administrative assistance for our field sales team
• By completing various organisational and administrative tasks, you actively support us in daily business
• You complete project tasks independently, reliably and on time
• You approach complaints openly, handle them with high competence and see them as an opportunity for improvement
• You continuously review the processes in your area of responsibility, identify optimisation opportunities and actively drive implementation

Your profile: You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training as a foreign trade specialist. You work in a structured and methodical manner and are characterised by a high degree of personal responsibility and independence. The joy of working successfully in a dynamic and highly international environment makes it easier for you to meet daily challenges and brings you moments of happiness. As a communicative and resilient personality, you have a goal- and team-oriented working style and good social skills. If you also bring fluent German, good English skills and confidence in using current IT and ERP knowledge, then you are a good fit for us.

Work location: is at our headquarters in Stetten/AG. We seek the best employees throughout Switzerland and, after successful induction (and in agreement with the team), also offer the possibility to work from home or in our offices in Egg/ZH or Belp/BE on certain days.
