The development team Interlocking & RBC designs modern interlocking and radio block center solutions for national and international railway safety projects together with our headquarters in Germany. If you enjoy understanding complex systems, ensuring safety, and driving innovation with your technical know-how, you are exactly right with us.
Your tasks
- You support demanding system and software development projects in a safety-relevant environment and work in an agile team.
- You analyze requirements and develop well-thought-out test strategies from them.
- You specify test scenarios and create test scripts for electronic interlocking tests.
- You perform system requirements and integration tests, verify the results, and document them precisely.
- You ensure compliance with relevant processes and standards – especially according to CENELEC.
- You bring innovative ideas for test automation and use modern technologies, including AI, for optimal test depth.
- You act as a technical contact person within the organization and proactively share your knowledge within the team.
What you bring
- A technical degree (FH/ETH/Uni), ideally in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Enjoyment of analytical tasks as well as a reliable and careful working style.
- Experience in applying test methods and test automation.
- Knowledge in railway safety technology and ETCS/ERTMS is a plus – not a must.
- An open, curious personality with team spirit and a high sense of responsibility.
- Very good German and good English skills.
