Job Description
In a time of growth and transformation for our business, we are looking for a Business Control Analyst who is ready to go beyond the numbers and become a true support for our business teams. This is more than a controlling role, it’s a strategic position with high visibility and impact, where your financial insights will help shape decisions, influence strategy, and drive performance.
We are looking for a person with strong analytical skills, a proactive and business-driven mindset, who is highly focused on analysis. This role will work closely with the team manager to support business analyses, uncover key business trends, and proactively suggest strategies to improve the company’s profitability. Together with the rest of the team, they will also contribute to the preparation of the annual budget.

What your impact will be:
In this role, you won’t just monitor the numbers — you’ll own the story behind them and become a trusted advisor. You will:
Support the manager in developing analyses to deeply understand business dynamics, providing insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
Play a pivotal role in the budgeting, forecasting and mid-year planning process for a dedicated business line.
Build and present insightful reports that go beyond standard KPIs, helping uncover growth opportunities and cost efficiencies.
Drive deep-dive ad hoc analysis that supports business cases, project evaluation, and strategic decisions.
Proactively identify performance gaps and trends, and suggest concrete actions to drive improvement.
Your expertise:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in financial controlling, forecasting or business analysis roles.
Strong data handling and modeling skills.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and Google Suite.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Ability to communicate clearly and influence non-finance stakeholders.
