Your Tasks

• Leadership & Training: Professional management of the warehouse team
• Process Optimization and Digitalization: Analysis and improvement of warehouse and shipping processes using digital systems
• Key Figures and Efficiency: Management based on KPIs, regular reporting and measures to increase productivity
• Safety and Compliance: Responsibility for occupational safety, hazardous materials, fire protection, and legal requirements

Your Profile

• Completed logistics training with master craftsman or technician qualification, possibly IHK trainer certificate
• Several years of leadership and practical experience in warehouse and shipping
• Motivating employee leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Confident handling of SAP, Mobisys, MS Office
• Process- and solution-oriented
• Hands-on mentality
