In this new role, you will create transparency regarding costs, data, and interrelationships, thereby making a key contribution to the efficiency and further development of our production and supply chain world.

Your mission

• You will actively participate in monthly and annual financial statements and continuously develop reports for operations.
• You will be responsible for the correct and timely calculation of product and manufacturing costs in accordance with internal standards.
• You will ensure that calculation-relevant master data in SAP CO/FI and MM is maintained accurately.
• You will evaluate inventories and work in progress and ensure financial transparency in the operations area.
• You will analyze manufacturing costs and operational KPIs such as material consumption, deviations, scrap, utilization, and setup times.
• You will work with production and specialist departments to derive insights and measures for cost optimization
• You will support operations budget planning, from determining material and manufacturing costs to calculating surcharges, and assist with Opex planning
• You will be responsible for maintaining the SAP CO structures for the Ricola Group and will be the owner of the master data reviews
• You will be an active member of the PowerBI team

You feel just as comfortable with numbers as you do with operational contexts and enjoy making financial complexity understandable and usable. To do this, you have the following:

• Completed commercial training
• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• In-depth experience in cost or management accounting, ideally in a production or industrial environment
• Very good knowledge of SAP CO/FI and MM is a must
• Very good Excel skills, Power BI experience is an advantage
• Analytical mindset combined with a good understanding of operational processes
• Enjoy working with production, operations, and finance
• Structured, reliable way of working and high quality standards for data
• Written and spoken German and English
