Your Tasks
- You bill outpatient cases according to Tarmed and inpatient cases according to SwissDRG tariff-compliant
- You assist in cost coverage management and clarify cost coverage with health insurance companies
- Completing administrative tasks related to insurance, health insurance, patients, and doctors is part of daily routine
- You handle the daily incoming mail
- You create cost estimates
Your Profile
- Training and/or further education in the commercial sector
- Professional experience in healthcare, preferably in the hospital sector, in an insurance company in the claims department, or in a service center
- Good knowledge of process flows in the hospital and claims area as well as experience with Tarmed and SwissDRG billing
- Pleasant manners and the ability to remain calm in hectic situations
- Independent, precise, as well as solution- and customer-oriented work
- Networked thinking and acting in process flows
- Initiative, teamwork ability, and professional competence
- Quick comprehension as well as high customer orientation and social competence
- IT knowledge in Microsoft products is a prerequisite, SAP and KISIM knowledge is an advantage
- Appreciation of interprofessional collaboration in the hospital
