Employee Payroll Control (80%) - Central Switzerland
As a reliable service provider in the field of collective labor agreement payroll control on behalf of various joint professional commissions
we are looking to strengthen our office in Central Switzerland, at Kauffmannweg 17, only a 5-minute walk from
Lucerne train station.
YOUR TASKS
- Preparation of control dossiers
- Checking and entering payroll data into the evaluation tool
- Checking working hours or flexitime data and delimiting and determining surcharges
- Creating calculative calculations based on the provisions of the national framework agreement for the main construction industry (LMV)
- Clarifications of audit-relevant matters with companies by email or phone
- Preparation of control reports
- Co-determination of internal processes at the location
YOUR PROFILE
- Ideally completed commercial training or comparable experience in the commercial field
- Returnees welcome
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Secure MS Office skills
- Affinity for numbers
- Quick comprehension and proactive working style
