Your profile
- Accompanying residents in their self-determination, independence, and participation - Completed training FaBe MmB EFZ - Experience in supporting adults with disabilities
- Support with nursing and medical actions and household tasks
  • Responsible, flexible, and resilient personality
  • Further development of support quality within the team
  • Participation in work and project groups
- Reliable and structured way of working - Irregular working hours and weekend shifts and some night standby duties - Ability to adapt and adjust to different situations - Enthusiasm for new things, supporting and shaping changes Your benefits
