As a complement to our team, we are looking for a(n) at the Walzenhausen and St.Gallen locations by arrangement
Your tasks
- You are responsible for implementing the QM goals at both the Walzenhausen and St.Gallen locations in close cooperation with the clinic managements
- Implementation and monitoring of quality principles as well as communication at both locations to promote quality awareness
- Support, advice, and training of employees at the locations in all questions of quality management
- Implementation of all internal and external requirements (regarding quality management)
- Support of the document and process management system
- Coordination, organization, and planning of surveys and external as well as internal audits
- Implementation and coordination of the feedback management system
- Management, implementation, and coordination of the CIRS system
- Assistance with cross-location QM projects to further develop the group-wide QM systems and taking on additional tasks at the location level in consultation with the superior position
Your profile
- Professional basic training in quality management related to healthcare or professional basic training in healthcare with proven professional experience in quality management and/or specific further training in quality management
- Strong communication skills towards various stakeholders as well as high social competence as a team player and in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Confident handling of different interests and needs of various stakeholders
- Problem-solving oriented thinking and understanding of process-oriented structures
- Independent, responsible, and structured working style and high cooperation skills
