The Uma Tower Restaurant offers exquisite cuisine to share in a unique setting and delights with constantly new treats as well as an impressive view from the 9th floor of the BäreTower. Recently, the Uma was awarded 13 GaultMillau points - a recognition for the culinary finesse and high quality standards of the establishment. We are looking for a Chef de Rang - 100% starting immediately or by arrangement.
You bring with you
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ
- Interest in upscale gastronomy
- Stress resistance: organized, independent, and you keep an overview even in hectic times
- Managing a service station in the à la Carte and banquet area including cash handling and daily accounting
- Advising guests regarding our F&B offerings
- A workplace on the 9th floor with phenomenal views and plenty of daylight
- Sunday and Monday as rest days
- A culture of YOU and flat hierarchies
