Your Field of Activity
- You lead and monitor the safe and punctual train and shunting traffic at the stations Gornergrat, Riffelberg and Riffelalp.
- You ensure the transport chain for our customers in case of disruptions or incidents.
- You recognize the customer needs and sell all offers at the stations of the Gornergrat Bahn and at the shuttle train stations in Täsch and Zermatt.
- You ensure customer information in normal and disruption cases.
Your Profile
- You have completed basic training or vocational training in tourism, preferably with several years of professional experience.
- You have a friendly and well-groomed appearance and love customer contact.
- Due to your pronounced resilience and flexibility, you remain calm and composed even in hectic situations.
- You see irregular work and weekend shifts as an opportunity for flexible leisure time.
