We are now looking for a Head of Sales to scale, lead, and expand our sales organisation, building on the foundation already in place and driving it to the next level. This is a senior leadership role for a proven sales professional with 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ready to combine hands-on execution with strategic vision to drive our growth in both existing and new markets.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy across inbound, outbound, and partnership sales. Set ambitious but achievable revenue and pipeline targets, and translate these into clear, actionable plans for the team
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, including demos and webinars with prospective clients and partners. This includes actively joining prospect calls, conducting live demos and webinars, and supporting the team with deal structuring and pitch strategies
- Leverage AI-driven automations, CRM innovations, and emerging sales technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance prospecting and closing processes.
- Grow and lead Alohi’s sales organisation, including recruiting, managing, and coaching Sales Specialists. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture where individuals are empowered to grow and take ownership of results.
- Implement and oversee robust reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking processes. Apply insights from data to optimise conversion rates, pipeline health, and overall sales efficiency.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to align campaigns with sales objectives, and integrate customer feedback into product roadmaps, positioning, and support strategies.
- 10+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets. Experience must include full ownership of the sales funnel, covering both inbound and outbound sales.
- Willingness and ability to step into day-to-day sales activities, from joining customer calls and leading high-stakes demos to supporting deal structuring and closing.
- Demonstrated ability to scale, and lead high-performing sales teams. Skilled at coaching, motivating, and empowering team members to hit ambitious goals, while cultivating a performance-driven yet collaborative culture.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools, with a forward-looking mindset that embraces automation, AI solutions, and new technologies. Able to integrate AI-driven prospecting, forecasting, and workflow optimisation tools into daily operations to gain competitive advantage and scale efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and apply data-driven strategies that improve pipeline performance and conversion rates.
- Excellent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to deliver clear, compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels. Additional languages are a plus.
