- Professional and personnel co-management of the Wolhusen outpatient clinic (treatment team consisting of medical and psychological professionals, nursing staff, and secretarial staff)
- Conducting and evaluating integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments
- Co-designing and implementing projects for professional and institutional development
- Monitoring departmental goals
- Participation in the background service (medical)
- Collaboration and coordination of consultancy activities at LUKS Wolhusen
- Networking and exchange with external referrers and specialist offices
