Together with your team, you bring a smile to our guests' faces. To professionalize your barista skills, we occasionally offer external barista courses, which you can then immediately apply in practice.Your colorful buffet:
- Operational responsibility & troubleshooting for the business during your shift
- Scheduling, leading & coaching about 4 employees per shift
- Active participation in daily operations
- Preparing daily accounts including daily closing
- Daily completion of minor administrative tasks
- Ordering & goods receipt including delivery note control
