Allmendpark Alpnach is an institution of the Betagtenheim Alpnach Foundation. In the midst of an idyllic environment, we offer professional care and support in modern living spaces with 74 beds and 18 apartments. Our administration acts as a central contact point for all internal and external customers and ensures that their concerns are always handled in a friendly, competent, and professional manner.

To support our team, we are looking for a committed personality as of January 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Employee: Administration 50-60%

temporary until September 2026 (with option for extension)

Working days: Mon, Wed, and Fri

Your area of responsibility

• Support in personnel and resident administration
• Assistance with accounts payable
• Cash and expense accounting
• Operation of the telephone switchboard and reception
• Processing of internal and external mail
• Management and ordering of office supplies
• General administrative tasks

You bring with you

• Commercial basic training or caregiver with commercial further education
• Experience or interest in personnel and resident administration
• Good user knowledge of MS Office, NEXUS knowledge is an advantage
• Enjoyment of diverse recurring tasks
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented working style
• Resilience and flexibility
• Confident and friendly appearance
