Logistics Specialist for a Family Business
Activities
- Responsibility for goods receipt and dispatch
- Picking and shipping preparation
- Organization and coordination of the logistics team (2–3 people)
- Management and execution of inventory
- Maintenance and inspection of electrical systems, heating, and sprinkler systems
- Carrying out minor repairs and technical inspections
- Planning and monitoring of equipment revisions
- Control of alarm and forklift systems
- Environmental management: disposal & recycling
Requirements
- Flawless German skills (spoken & written)
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in logistics
- Initial leadership experience is an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience with Sage is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and efficient working style
- Independence, initiative, and sense of responsibility
- Team spirit, flexibility, and loyalty
- Technical and manual understanding
- Service-oriented approach
- Valid driving license category B
- Forklift license mandatory
