Tasks:
- coordinate the administrative and accounting activities of the Institute
- review processes related to planning, course management, invoicing, reporting, and compliance with higher authorities
- support the Management in operational strategic planning and financial resource management
- actively collaborate with the representatives of the eight thematic areas and transversal working groups
- manage internal and external communication at operational and organizational levels
- assume responsibility as an interface between Management, collaborators, teachers, consultants, and institutional partners
- analyze data with internally prepared comparative tables and data from the management system and SAP
- monitor costs for training and project activities (direct and indirect costs)
- correctly allocate costs to responsibility centers (areas/paths)
- evaluate the economic sustainability of courses (profitability or cost coverage)
- control compliance with budgets and forecasts (periodic analysis of variances between budget and actuals)
- support accurate and compliant reporting, as well as cost traceability
- provide useful information to Management through economic-management reports and support strategic decisions
- collaborate in promoting service efficiency and quality (identify optimization margins in resource use and link economic data with service quality indicators)
Requirements:
- federal professional certificate (APF) as a finance and accounting specialist or equivalent qualification
- good knowledge of the SAP invoicing system is a preferred qualification
- good knowledge of corporate accounting aspects
- excellent organizational, coordination, and planning skills
- experience in administrative, accounting, and process management
- excellent knowledge of IT tools
- strong relational, communication, and intercultural skills
- experience in team management
- ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
- knowledge of cantonal services of the Vocational Training Division and central services
- knowledge of the vocational training sector and related certificates

Employment conditions:

- working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment relationship), flexible or according to service needs
