Production Employee Cooking 100%
(m/f/d) in 3-shift operation
Your main tasks
- Exact dosing of raw materials according to the recipe
- Operation and monitoring of the systems
- Carrying out internal process controls
- Filling out system-specific quality and verification documents
- Carrying out and monitoring cleaning work on the systems, on the line and in the environment
- Fixing technical malfunctions on the systems together with the plant mechanics
- Ensuring the inspection plan for quality control including logging of production orders
- Active participation in production
- Normal operation in 2-shift and regularly in 3-shift operation with alternating shift changes
Your ideal profile
- Sound knowledge in food production
- Experience as a system operator, preferably with EFZ
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
- Forklift license is an advantage
