These are your main tasks:
- Overall responsibility for the areas of Supply Chain Management and Purchasing
- Development and implementation of a future-oriented SCM and purchasing strategy
- Leadership and further development of the purchasing, disposition, logistics, and planning departments
- Optimization of the entire value chain from supplier to customer
- Conducting negotiations with national and international suppliers
- Cost, schedule, and quality responsibility
- Building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships
- Close cooperation with production, sales, and management
- Control of make-or-buy decisions
- Risk management in the supply chain
- Conducting internal and supplier audits

- Several years of leadership experience in SCM and purchasing
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic thinking as well as a hands-on mentality
- Confident handling of ERP systems
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience with certifications IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
