- As part of the management team, you lead a portion of the nursing professionals, support their further development, and conduct employee interviews and evaluations
- You actively participate in clinical daily routines, take on special tasks such as shift management or daily responsibility, and support the team in complex care situations
- In coordination with your supervisor, you contribute to interdisciplinary and interprofessional tasks and projects both inside and outside the ANIR department
- You take on special functions in the specialist area, e.g., material management, ensuring technical infrastructure, or managing the CIRS process
What you bring with you
- You have a diploma as an expert in intensive care nursing NDS HF and bring at least two years of professional experience
- You convince with leadership qualities, take on a role model function, motivate your team, and have completed a CAS Leadership – or are willing to complete it
- You organize confidently, work independently, and are proficient in Microsoft Office
- Your high nursing and work quality, your innovative and positive mindset, as well as your pronounced professional and social competence, make you a real asset to our team
