Your contribution to our team

As a junior civil engineer, you will be introduced to the diverse tasks in the field by our experienced team. As a project engineer, you have the opportunity to enter the professional world and develop further. You will design demanding buildings, structures, excavations, and foundations from concept to realization. In doing so, you will apply the latest digital planning methods. Additionally, you will check existing structures statically and dynamically and design reinforcement and renovation measures. You will be carefully guided and supported in these tasks, with the goal of taking on project management in our interdisciplinary project teams in the medium term.

Your competencies

Completed master's degree in civil engineering from ETH Zurich
Broad interest in engineering tasks and construction methods (reinforced concrete, wood, steel)
Solid theoretical knowledge in structural analysis, construction, and geotechnics
Initiative, communicative, and team-oriented personality
Independence, flexibility, and entrepreneurial thinking
Openness to new topics, such as digital planning
Good communication skills in German, both spoken and written
Ideally, some practical experience
