The Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Mobility (DIEM) includes the areas of energy, hydropower, natural hazards, public transport, civil engineering, procurement, forest as well as hunting, large predators, and fisheries. It is divided into five offices as well as the departmental secretariat, which, as a central staff unit, comprehensively supports the head of the department in the professional and political management of the department. The departmental secretariat provides its services in the administrative center "sinergia" directly next to Chur West station in a modern, open, and digitally shaped working environment. There is also the possibility to work partially from home.
We are looking for a secretary for the departmental secretariat starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Handling correspondence and administrative tasks
- Support in handling general departmental business
- Finalizing and sending applications, reports, and statements as well as messages, parliamentary initiatives, decrees, and legal acts
- Support in solving IT problems in cooperation with the IT clerk
- Managing agenda, meeting preparation, and scheduling
- Ensuring telephone service in the secretariat
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Taking on additional tasks according to workload
- Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience
- Structured, forward-looking, independent, and precise way of working

- Confident handling of MS Office
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of another cantonal language is an advantage
