- You support the doctors in administrative and organizational matters
- You schedule the consultation hours for patients in the pain clinic
- You maintain a pleasant interaction with patients
- You manage the examination rooms of the outpatient pain clinic
- You take on versatile secretarial tasks such as all reporting and answer phone calls from patients
- Hub function with demanding communication for internal and external offices
Your Profile
- You are a sociable and friendly personality and remain calm and composed in lively situations
- You have several years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital, in practice, or have completed commercial training with further education as a medical secretary
- You have very good knowledge in the use of Office programs and medical terminology, KISIM knowledge is an advantage
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form
- You are an open-minded personality and work independently, precisely, and efficiently
