Your tasks
- Assisting in ensuring patient care with sterile, reusable medical devices, taking into account legal and normative requirements
- Cleaning, disinfection, inspection, maintenance, functional testing, packing, packaging, and sterilization as well as commissioning of reusable medical devices
- Operation and control of the department's medical-technical devices
- Documentation of all relevant process steps
- Cooperative collaboration with internal and external interfaces
- Designing personnel deployment planning
- Appreciative leadership of employees
Your profile
- At least successful completion of the specialist course 2 for Technical Sterilization Assistant (m/f/d) with extended responsibilities, preferably higher qualifications such as specialist course 3, management course, or comparable training
- Teamwork skills, willingness to learn and commitment, and a high sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Experience in the field of medical device processing, as well as in leading and instructing employees
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late) and possibly weekend on-call duty
