What to expect
Together with your colleagues, you work closely with various internal stakeholders from across the organization to ensure transparency, control, and value enhancement. Your focus is on the operational analysis of specific financial requirements for IT and their relevance to Baloise (now: Helvetia-Baloise), as well as identifying improvement potentials and implementing corresponding measures.
Here’s how you contribute with us:
- You take care of maintaining and further developing our IT cost allocation.
- You support our Product Owners in various business management questions.
- You regularly conduct analyses of planned vs. actual cost and volume developments (e.g., storage, compute volume, etc.).
- You regularly evaluate our costs for various stakeholders.
- You assist in business case calculations for projects as well as in the financial planning process: budget planning and forecasting process including recommendations for budget approval.
- You coordinate the involved departments and ensure timely implementation.

You will be part of the IT Financial team within Group IT, which handles central tasks in the areas of Finance, Portfolio, Vendor Management, and Sourcing. You benefit from each other through the exchange of expertise, perspectives, and proven methods to support long-term business success.

Your professional qualifications:
- Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in IT controlling or a similar position
- Solid knowledge in financial analysis, financial planning, investment calculation, and controlling
- Very good analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Confident handling of SAP CO, SAP BW, MS Office, and PowerBI as well as ideally knowledge of the Technology Business Management model (TBM)
- Fluent in German and English
