In acute and transitional care, up to 11 patients are cared for. As a health professional, you contribute to the professional care and support of the people entrusted to you .
Your tasks
- you accompany, care for, and support the patients during their short stay or rehabilitation in AÜP
- you work with internal and external interfaces
- you are willing to help out in other departments

- you are a trained health professional EFZ
- you enjoy organizing and think in a networked way
