Machine Operator Finishing (m/f/d)
For our finishing team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a production employee (m/f/d) who ensures a smooth manufacturing process in a 3-4 shift operation.
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Processing production orders on the assigned machines while adhering to quantity, efficiency, and quality
- Complying with the specified standards
- Continuous monitoring of product quality; reporting to the machine operator or shift supervisor in case of deviations
- Adhering to occupational safety and 6S standards
- Performing tasks assigned by the shift supervisor, including cleaning duties
- Ensuring the necessary tools and raw materials are available at the assigned machine
What you bring with you:
- Completed training, e.g., as a plastics technologist, machine operator, polymechanic, automation technician, mechanic, electrician, or similar
- Professional experience in an industrial environment with shift work
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good IT skills
- High technical understanding
- Precise working method, good powers of observation, team spirit and enthusiasm, as well as enjoyment of independent work
- You have a clean criminal record
