Your Responsibilities
- Do you love success? Together with colleagues, you create the technical and commercial foundations for the worldwide success of our universal machines
- Next Level: You accompany the further development of the EVO series and ensure that quality, costs, and variants are optimally coordinated
- Quality counts: You gather market feedback and continuously optimize our products
- Sparring for communication: You support Sales & Marketing with professional impulses
- Strategy & Roadmap: You define the product strategy, variant maintenance, and series releases
- Cost control: In close cooperation with development, purchasing, and production, you achieve target costs, optimize components, and visit suppliers
Your Profile
- Passion for technology and a hands-on mentality with a strong focus on product optimization
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience as a product manager or industrial standardization in mechanical engineering, ideally in manufacturing/production
- Strong communication skills, structured, assertive
- Willingness to regularly work at both locations (Germany and Switzerland)
- Fluent English, good German skills
