As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Participation in personnel and position planning, target FTE calculation as well as analysis of target gaps and derivation of measures
- Creation and maintenance of HR key figures and reports on personnel cost development, external wage earners deployment, and productivity
- Support of management and departments with economic evaluations, target tracking, and ad-hoc analyses
- Coordination with HR, controlling, accounting, and time management. Checking payroll/salary data and position plan deviations
- Active participation in the further development of digital HR processes such as interface billing, digital personnel files, and time management
- A completed degree in business administration, controlling, personnel management, or similar
- Several years of experience in HR controlling or financial controlling
- Analytical thinking, independent working style, and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of MS Excel and HR systems
