• Development and implementation of the HR strategy in coordination with management
• Management of the entire recruitment process and organization of a structured onboarding
• Support of employees and department heads in all personnel-related matters
• Planning and implementation of training, talent management, and succession planning
• Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements and management of personnel files according to L-GAV and Swiss law
• Creation and maintenance of employment contracts and related documents
• Development and implementation of measures to promote employee satisfaction and retention
• Analysis of key figures and preparation of reports for management.
• Promotion of corporate culture and organization of employee events
• Co-design and implementation of digital HR processes and tools

• Completed education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, ideally with HR further training
• Several years of experience in a leading HR role, preferably in hospitality, gastronomy, or service industry
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, payroll and social security systems, as well as HR processes
• Experience in working with department heads and management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all hierarchy levels.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Experience with modern HR tools and software as well as interest in the digitalization of processes
• Structured and independent working with a high solution orientation.
• Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with employees from different cultures
• You also recognize the unspoken employee needs
