Team Leader as a Nursing Specialist HF/FH - (Fürstenau, 80 - 100%)

• You lead and manage 20 team colleagues on a 28-bed ward
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and adjusting the nursing process and the correct documentation
• You organize and coordinate the diverse nursing daily routine and take on daily responsibility in the department
• You conduct interprofessional visits, roundtable discussions, and coordination meetings
• You ensure high-quality nursing in collaboration with our nursing experts
• You accompany and support learners and students in the challenging nursing daily routine and their learning situations, with support from our education department
• You are committed to the management team for the further development of Thurvita

• Recognized diploma as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH in Switzerland, very good German language skills, and leadership training and/or leadership experience
• Enjoyment in relationship work in the environment with residents and interest in medical-technical activities
• For you, the nursing process is central, and further development in working groups motivates you
• With your open nature and an audience-appropriate, solution-oriented communication
• With empowerment and empathy, you achieve a respectful collaboration with various stakeholders and committees
