Here is what you will do
- Competent advice to our building prospects with the goal of selling single-family houses in solid construction
- Search and mediation of building land
- Creation of feasibility studies in cooperation with our development team
- Financing advice, partly together with our financing experts
- Implementation of various marketing activities (apartment exhibitions, trade fair support)
- Building and maintaining a personal network (landowners, real estate experts, building land mediators)
- Prospectively: taking over a team leadership function
These are your skills and strengths
- You have a strong real estate and broker network
- Resident in the Winterthur to St. Gallen region
- Several years of experience in field service
- Driver's license and mobility with your own car
- You are willing to attend appointments outside usual working hours
- You bring good Office and CRM knowledge
