• Clarifications related to orders, stock items, and delivery dates
• Support and organization of the gate and service warehouse
• Willingness to participate in the 24-hour on-call service (about 5–8 weeks per year)
• Participation in the creation and standardization of work templates for service technicians

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in the construction or
• craft environment
• Good organizational skills and independent working style
