About the job

The core tasks include supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, and external services from all companies. As your experience grows, your tasks will become increasingly diverse, exciting, and responsible – they will gradually develop into valuable support for our finance team.
Your tasks:
- Recording and posting accounts payable
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable clerks in daily business
- Assisting in handling temporary employee assignments
- Supporting the finance specialists in various projects
- Helping with post-calculations, creating sales lists, and other evaluations
Your profile:
- Ongoing studies in business administration (FH or university), ideally with a focus on finance or accounting
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Accurate, reliable, and structured way of working
- Team player with a high willingness to learn
- Independent and proactive personality
