Expert in Recourse and Liability – Claims – Italian/German (all genders) 50-100%

• You manage recourse claims according to agreements and legal regulations in Italian and German, particularly in accident branches (including medical liability) and, if applicable, in property insurance / occupational pension schemes.
• You create and verify liability damage assessments using Leonardo.
• You enjoy targeted negotiation and conduct, in addition to daily negotiations, also collective recourse meetings.
• You like to identify and handle recourse claims in a modern way and, if interested, participate in recourse projects.
• You have the opportunity to contribute to internal training and professional development.

• You have successfully completed a law degree or have several years of experience in the insurance sector with a focus on complex claims; a lawyer's license is an advantage.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of liability and recourse law, both in personal injury and property damage. Knowledge of social security law is a plus.
• You enjoy negotiating with insurers and other parties and have good persuasive skills.
• You speak fluent Italian and German.
• You are a team player and stand out for your high social competence.
