Your Tasks

• Sales responsibility and promotion in Central Switzerland
• Budget and revenue responsibility, cost responsibility for the assigned cost center
• Continuous development of structured market information for your sales area
• Responsibility for implementing marketing objectives in your sales area
• Price competence within the framework agreed with the sales manager
• Participation in projects, especially in product development projects, field test products
• Promotion of customer and process orientation and continuous process improvement
• Organizing and assisting in the execution of seminars and training

Your Profile

• Completed mechanical basic training, preferably as an agricultural or construction machinery mechanic
• Familiar with machines and lubricants in the construction and transport industry
• Further training as a technical merchant is an advantage
• Outgoing, success- and customer-oriented
• Sales experience and pronounced negotiation skills
• Good user knowledge of common Office programs
• Very good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
• 100% willingness to travel within the agreed regions
