The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognized institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Social Worker or Psychotherapist 20-30% (m/f/d) with experience in social work with addiction patients

We are looking for support for our multidisciplinary team in the Lenzburg day clinic starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Collection of social history, goal setting with patients, conducting individual conversations, and regular review of objectives
• Leading a social psychiatric group setting "To-Do" in collaboration with a recovery companion where patients can handle administrative matters
• Daily responsibility for individual days (welcoming patients, performing service billing for that day)
• Goal- and solution-oriented counseling of patients in the areas of work integration, daily structure, financial aspects, housing, guardianship measures, and family issues
• Supporting patients in contact with social insurance and other external agencies, accompanying them to external agencies if needed
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external agencies
• Participation in reports, team meetings, and supervisions
• Timely and proper record keeping

Your profile:

• Degree as social worker HF/FH or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience, interest in the addiction field
• Further training in social insurance is an advantage
• Very good German language skills
• Very good IT user skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
