You are passionate about the future of production and logistics, recognise the potential of new technologies early on, and use them purposefully to make processes smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable.
Your role
- You lead national and international optimisation & transformation projects based on Lean principles.
- You analyse value streams, production, and logistics processes and develop innovative and data-driven solutions to sustainably increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- You design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching for employees, managers, and experts at all hierarchical levels.
- You enable local Lean multipliers, teams, and managers to successfully apply modern methods and digital tools in their daily work.
- You are responsible for implementing global Lean projects and behaviour-based coaching programmes for managers.
- You conduct assessments at the international locations of the Ivoclar Group.
- You independently create roadmaps, project approaches, workshop concepts, and define guidelines or standards in collaboration with the global Lean team.
- You identify potentials for the use of modern technologies and data-driven working methods along the entire value chain.
Your profile
- A completed university degree, ideally in industrial engineering, production, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in optimising production, logistics, or value creation processes in an industrial environment
- Sound knowledge of Lean, project management, as well as change and transformation management
- A strong affinity for digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and automation.
- Experience in using modern AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or comparable solutions) to increase efficiency in daily work
- Excellent skills in visualising ideas and processes (PowerPoint, Miro, Figma, Bicálbo/Bikablo, sketchnoting, or comparable methods)
- A hands-on mentality with a high implementation speed and enjoyment in pragmatically trying out new solutions
- A pronounced consultant personality with very good communication and analytical skills
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written - additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
