Versatile range of tasks

• Accompanying and supporting guests in everyday life taking into account their individual needs
• Co-designing a structured daily routine to promote orientation and security
• Maintaining relationships with guests and promoting social exchange
• Accompanying activities, walks or excursions
• Supporting guests in everyday actions to maintain independence
• Observing and documenting changes in guests' behavior and condition

Experience in a similar role (also with people with dementia development) 

Sense of responsibility and quality awareness

MS Office and RAI knowledge
