For the further development of our care quality, we are looking for a committed and experienced

individual as a care expert in long-term care. In this responsible key role, you actively shape the quality of care and contribute significantly to safe, evidence-based, and person-centred care.

You support the care teams directly on site through continuous professional support, advice, guidance, and training. You help develop contemporary, evidence-based standards and support their sustainable implementation. In doing so, you strengthen the quality of care and promote binding interprofessional collaboration on an equal footing. Within the expert team, there is the opportunity to take responsibility for the areas of hygiene and RAI-LTCF support.

For this demanding role, you bring a completed tertiary-level education as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH as well as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or a solid further education at CAS level. In addition, you have proven experience in long-term care and are skilled at confidently assessing complex care situations and deriving appropriate measures.
