- Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance work on roads, paths, and structures in close collaboration with internal specialists, contractors, and project participants
- Ensure work quality, adherence to deadlines, costs, and occupational safety
- Take over construction management for small to medium maintenance and repair projects
- Participate in condition assessments, planning of measures, and prioritization of maintenance work
- Provide on-call service as deployment leader in year-round on-call duty and winter service as well as participate in special events
- Completed vocational training in the main construction trade (e.g., road builder, bricklayer, track layer, draftsman)
- Further training as construction supervisor, foreman, or technician HF
- Several years of professional experience in road or infrastructure construction
- Organizational talent, independent working style, and enjoyment of coordination tasks as well as good IT user skills (MS Office 365, ideally experience with GIS systems)
- Confident appearance, communication skills, and solution-oriented thinking
