Your responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for the independent management of the property accounting for your own portfolio. This includes the preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements as well as the preparation of annual financial statements. Furthermore, you are responsible for debt collection. You assist with administrative tasks and take over the deputy role during team members' absences. Managing accounts payable and receivable accounting as well as participating in projects complete the diverse range of tasks.
Your profile
You have a commercial basic education and preferably further training as an accounting clerk or are a certified accountant with good knowledge of real estate accounting. You speak German and preferably have good French or Italian skills. Reliability and an efficient working style are qualities that characterize you. You are a team player and work precisely. Experience with Garaio REM or similar operating systems is an advantage.
